Add etags tests for the recent Lua-related bugfix

* test/etags/lua-src/test.lua: New file, tests the issues raised
by bug#21934.
* test/etags/Makefile (LUASRC): Add test.lua.
* test/etags/ETAGS.good_1:
* test/etags/ETAGS.good_2:
* test/etags/ETAGS.good_3:
* test/etags/ETAGS.good_4:
* test/etags/ETAGS.good_5:
* test/etags/ETAGS.good_6:
* test/etags/CTAGS.good: Adapt to the new Lua test.  Also, an old
regression fix, resolved around 25 May 2015, required changes to
the "good" ETAGS files.
